نبذة مختصرة
الشرق الأوسط في وضع لا يحسد عليه بسبب الهجمات الإرهابية المتكررة ضده. الدراسة مهمة: إشعال منطقة الشرق الأوسط بالأحداث والضعف. لقد أصبحت المنظمات الإرهابية قوية إلى درجة أنها أصبحت قوة متعددة الجنسيات تعبر الحدود والقارات وتكون قادرة على إلحاق الضرر بجميع مصادر الحياة وتدميرها. وعلامات التنوير والتقدم التي تجعل من الضروري للمجتمع الدولي تسريع نهاية الأزمات المضطربة في العديد من المناطق ، والإرهاب المدمر هو أخطر تحد يواجه مجتمعاتنا وطريقة حياتنا وعقيدتنا الوجدانية والمستقبل من بلادنا ليس فقط من أجل التنمية الاجتماعية ، ولكن من أجل الحضارة الإنسانية والحياة من جميع جوانبها.
الهدف من البحث هو تسليط الضوء على خطورة الإرهاب على بيانات التنمية في الشرق الأوسط ، لتسليط الضوء على دور اتفاقيات التعاون المشترك لمكافحة الإرهاب في ضوء التعاون العربي الجديد والمشاريع المشتركة وآثارها في مكافحة الإرهاب في الشرق الأوسط. ،. تضمنت الدراسة أربعة موضوعات مثل:
الموضوع الأول: ما هو الإرهاب الدولي؟ ، يشمل قرار الأمم المتحدة وقرار مجلس الأمن 210/251 ، وتعريف الإرهاب وتحديد الإرهاب تحت إدارة الأزمات ، أسباب الإرهاب في الشرق الأوسط ،
السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والدينية ، والآثار الاقتصادية للإرهاب
المبحث الثاني: العلاقة بين الإرهاب والتنمية ، وهو يتحدث عن الإرهاب والأمن البشري والإرهاب وتنمية السياحة وانعكاساته على دول الشرق الأوسط ، مثل مصر وتونس وتركيا وسوريا ولبنان. ثم نعالج الإرهاب والتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
المبحث الثالث: استراتيجيات التنمية والإرهاب في مصر ، نحن نتصدى للتحديات الإنمائية التي تواجه مصر في مكافحة الإرهاب ، ونشير إلى تأثير العمليات الإرهابية على الاستثمارات الأجنبية وتأثير الإرهاب وارتفاع الديون ، نناقش أيضًا دور المنظمات الاقتصادية الدولية في التنمية في مصر ، مثل اتفاقيات البنك الدولي المصري (UNDP) في مصر. نعالج دور المشاريع الاقتصادية الاستراتيجية في الحد من مكافحة الإرهاب.
المبحث الرابع: مستقبل التعاون في الشرق الأوسط لمكافحة الإرهاب: يتناول اتفاقيات التعاون المشترك بين الدول العربية لمكافحة الإرهاب والمشروعات المشتركة بين مصر والأردن والمملكة العربية السعودية (مشروع نيوم).
Crisis Management and Development Challenges in the Shadow of Terrorism in the Middle East
Abstract
The Middle East is in an unenviable situation because of the repeated terrorist attacks against it. The study is important: to ignite the Middle East region with events and vulnerability. Terrorist organizations have become so powerful that they become a multinational force that crosses borders and continents and is capable of damaging and destroying all sources of life. And the signs of enlightenment and progress that make it imperative for the international community to accelerate the end of the volatile crises in many regions, The destructive terrorism is the most serious challenge facing our societies, our way of life, our compassionate doctrine and the future of our countries not only for social development, but for human civilization and life in all its aspects.
The aim of the research is to highlight the seriousness of terrorism on the development data in the Middle East, to highlight the role of joint cooperation agreements to combat terrorism in light of the new Arab cooperation and joint projects and their implications for combating terrorism in the Middle East. ,. The study included four topics such as:
• The first topic: What is international terrorism. , The United Nations resolution, Security Council resolution 210/251, the deϐinition of terrorism and the deϐinition of terrorism under crisis management, include the causes of terrorism in the Middle East,
political, economic, social, cultural and religious, and the economic implications of terrorism
• The second topic: the relationship between terrorism and development,He talks about terrorism and human security, terrorism and tourism development and its repercussions on the countries of the Middle East, such as Egypt, Tunisia, Turkey, Syria
and Lebanon. Then we ddress terrorism and economic and social development.
• The third topic: strategies of development and terrorism in Egypt,We address the development challenges facing Egypt in the fight against terrorism, indicating the impact of terrorist operations on foreign investments, the impact of terrorism and
rising debts,We also discuss the role of international economic organizations in development in Egypt, such as the agreements of the International Bank of Egypt (UNDP) in Egypt. We address the role of strategic economic projects in reducing the fight against terrorism.
• The fourth topic: the future of the Middle East cooperation to combat terrorism It deals with the joint cooperation agreements between the Arab countries to combat terrorism and the joint projects between Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia (the Neum project)
