multiple forms is determined according as appropriate in each State, it could impact on Process of running for election legislative by the party system which is produced in each country, as resulting the adoption of proportional representation system on the list enclosed in the legislative elections in Algeria and Tunisia to political pluralism and diversity, which can however small it submit candidates and get a seat in Parliament, with the emergence of the dominance of party leaders to nominate candidates, and thus the proportional representation system will produce a political system based in heterogeneous composition in Parliament, often lacks the strong majority\u00a0 it can&#8217;t do legislative and oversight function for Parliament to the fullest, because it remains hostage m\u00e9canisme l\u00e9gal pour traduire les voix de vote en si\u00e8ges repr\u00e9sentatifs, dans de multiples formes ils sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9 selon le cas dans chaque \u00c9tat, ils pourraient avoir un impact sur le Processus de se pr\u00e9senter aux \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives par le syst\u00e8me de partis qui est produit dans chaque pays, \u00c9tant que l&#8217;application de scrutin de r\u00e9partition proportionnelle par la liste bloqu\u00e9e dans les \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives en Alg\u00e9rie et en Tunisie se produise un pluralisme politique et diverse, et qui peut toutefois pr\u00e9senter des candidats et obtenir un si\u00e8ge au Parlement, avec l&#8217;\u00e9mergence de la domination des chefs de parti pour nommer des candidats; Donc le mode de scrutin de r\u00e9partition proportionnelle produira un r\u00e9gime politique bas\u00e9 sur une composition h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne au Parlement, manque souvent de la forte majorit\u00e9, il ne peut pas faire la fonction l\u00e9gislative et de contr\u00f4le pour le Parlement au maximum, parce qu&#8217;il reste otage au pouvoir ex\u00e9cutif dans la subordination politique, et avec des outils de
